Excellent service and advice from Rob, he has great advice from tramping gear through to fishing and camping. Rob got our kids started on their fresh water fishing journey a year ago and has been a huge help along the way. We’ve even bumped into him down at the river, he is incredibly kind and always keen to help out with advice and even show us the good spots. Our kids and us have so much respect for Rob and that’s a real testament to the type of person he is - fantastic! Thanks for always being willing to help and give advice, we would have given up without it.
Every time I come into the store the staff seem to be glued to the rear of the reception counter and engaged in social discussions. Hard to get customer service!

There's an awesome selection of outdoor campaign and bush gear, The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful to talk with and even better they also leave you to look around.nHave recommended the shop to others and even taken people to it who are also impressed with the shop.
