Very bad customer service. Was treated badly and felt like they just wanted us gone. We asked if we could try on a ring and the staff wouldn’t let us hold it but instead shoved the ring on which then got stuck. Would not go back to this shop ever again. There are plenty of jewellery shops in Sylvia park and would not recommend this one!
Worse customer service ever. One staff doesn’t treat client properly. I won’t come to this shop any more, not recommend to anyone either.
Excellent customer service. I contacted lady and she was so polite and nice to work with. Definitely knows her business. Will continue to buy watches from here.
Amazing customer service on Christmas eve! A pandora item was sold out and so the staff present gave me directions for the pandora store. Short but very helpful!
