Red Rocks is a great walk, the wild surf and track always clears my head and wakes me up, spectacular.

It is a very nice spot right next to the ocean and you can even see the south island from here. Very nice.

Owhiri Bay doesn't even feel like you're in Wellington. Watch the ferries sail by, walk to the seal colony or just relax. Wind can get strong here.

Red rocks is definitely a great place to rest and chill as the sun goes down! Make sure to bring a bean tho as it does get windy!

A great place to visit if you're in Wellington

Beautiful spot to see the Cook Straight in all its glory. Whether wild and windy or calm and serene it's a great place to come and then wander a couple of km's round to the rocks to the seals. One of my favourite places to visit in Wellington.

Awesome visitor centre, very informative about the area and interesting. Toilets in good quality. Also has water tap for dogs outside the toilets, for any dog owners out there.

Wonderful area to blow out the cobwebs and take an invigorating walk around the rugged coastland.
