Dude was good to deal with really helpful........on a side note the Uwell Caliburn G2 only lasted a week seems phone chargers fry the battery
Visited this store and Shosha and Discount T after deciding to get onto the vapes and this store by far was the most helpful. Discount T isnt really a vaping shop but they had a little selection, though couldnt help out with questions, whilst Shosha was a huge store with a huge selection....except fo the one i wanted! They had no passion for going over anything but Vape had an American girl who was fantastic and taught me a lot about vaping and was patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Every time I come in here I end up staying for like an hour. Great staff, awesome to just go in, have a chat, and they always know everything about the products. Juice selection is really good, always new bottles coming in. Love this store, always going back.
Honesty integrity ability to stand up to the advice offered by this crew these were the reasons I chose to shop here . Working with their advice I purchased a low wattage device with the expectation that the battery would last 6 to 8 hours none of this was true I tried to get some resolution from them they were not prepared to stand by the advice which has left me out of pocket and extremely disappointed shop with care people it is not always as it seems
Great service, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Mean juice and great prices. All round fantastic store, if you're ever in the area check it out.
They don’t even have the most basic of vapes, right off the bat you have to buy the “mm” vapes
The vape crew in newtown are awesome, super friendly chilled staff who are knowledgeable and helpful with all the vape related things. Really good selection of flavours and can smell and test some juices. Also offer custom leveled nicotine mg that is mixed on purchase if you dont want the full strength. Really good.
Good. Reasonable quick service via web for orders. Online payment could be dealt with quicker. The guys at the physical Newtown store are great to deal with.
Bronson and Tim are just awesome! They totally explained how the vaping works and encouraged me to try flavours so that I'm more attracted to the vape rather than the "tobacco substitutes ". Working a treat. I cant believe that I'm getting the nicotine hit 3% without stinky expensive health killing cigarettes. Well worth the trip from Wanganui. 10/10 guys
A good experience with friendly staff, weren't condescending or superior vape bros. Took the time to find out my needs and reasons for vaping and met them. I'll go out of my way to go back here for the various refills.
