Located next to the colour lights. Online ordering would be the time saver. On street parking which could be a pain. They have got soft drinks as u would expect and Ben & Jerry's ice cream as the only option for ice cream as mostly I have seen in Pizza Huts. I like the texture and mouth feel of their pizzas though am not a big fan of.
Kinda disappointed, there was a black hair in the pizza box, staff were wearing mask under their nose and using the same hand to make the pizza and touching mask. Pizza advertising at 3 for $20, but you had to pick the value range which would normally be $5 - $7 each.
Normal feeling when you are going to a pizza store, crew are still adjusting to the new store. But all in all its a good experience. Will be back soon. And also cashier is so helpful. I think its emily in her name tag.
We haven't had a pizza hutt pizza for a number of years, tried the new York style, BBQ bacon, it wasn't too bad, plenty of topping & heaps of cheese, we found the base a little doughy, but other than that it was nice. Great onion rings too.Food: 4/5
They appeared to have an ok opening a few months back and to be fair some mistakes were gonna happen as they were crazy busy. Now however, those mistakes have sadly been consistent for the last wee while; wrong bases, missing sauce with sides, soggy chips…. At times the toppings are pretty slim and just sort of plonked in the middle with no real care to spread evenly toward the sides. When things are good, they are just ok, compared to the Pizza Hut in central Nelson they have a LOT of work to do. The service from a couple of the girls there is great, they’re attentive and helpful. But then you get these weird delivery guys that don’t exclusively work there just kinda standing almost in the kitchen and having really animated conversations
Bought a premium stuffed crust pizza and paid a premium price for it. Filling was a thin smear of tomato sauce with sparse straps of chicken. Last time we'll stop there for pizza.Food: 1/5
Ordered pizza for 10 o'clock at night, it arrived at 928 when I wasnt even home to collect it. Pizza was undercooked as were the chips that were also unseasoned. The onion rings were also undercooked and still partially raw not worth the 60 bloody dollars it all cost me won't be going back ever again.
Horrible service. i’ve been 4 times in total. The first time the employees were very rude and made our order wrong, they fixed it up so it wasn’t too much of an issue. the 2nd time i got sides also and they were very old, barely warm and super soggy, plus the onion rings had oil filled all through them. the 3rd time my partner went in and the employee was extremely rude once again, blasting music and then yelled at the next customers that came in saying he wouldn’t take their order because they were closing soon although there was still 10 minutes until 10. and today was the 4th and last time i order from there. this time the employee was different and not rude although they messed up our pizza and didn’t put any sauce on it, and when we went back in we didn’t bring it with as we had already gone all the way home and they refused to make a new one plus wouldn’t give a refund. all experiences were awful and i will never be going again.
Ordered online at 450 for pickup at 545, arrived at 545 didnt walk out with my food until 615, meanwhile customers who ordered in store when i arrived left first. Apparently the chips were the hold up, tiny boxes of them too. Rather disappointing.
Tasted like some $2 pizza bread from the countdown with a bucket of sauce. Literally a pam's frozen pizza would have hit harder than this, not bussin! On god, on god 3 screws/28 automobiles
