Awesome job working on my damaged camera, looks/works brand new!! Very happy.

I would chose ZERO star if I got this option. We ordered the Camera and they promised the receive day is the last week of Nov, now almost Christmas! Every video job should be delay and our client terminated the agreement cuz we do not have a camera! The camera is in New Zealand already they just lazy to post!!!

Had the misfortune of dealing with Arlene in customer service. She needs to remember that customers are her business and not to be rude when people call with an enquiry. Now looking at other printer options for our business!

Will never by any Canon products. Waste $199 for nothing and waste my time.

What can I say ? This is one of my favourite company. I am a huge fan of their DSLR cameras and whenever I’m nearby I make it a point to head to the first floor to play with new cameras. They have life cameras for demos and no pesky sales people pressuring you to buy.

phoned them to get a price on a broken part. They said i will have to pay a bond of $110 and leave the camera wit them , i said i just want to price the part i wanted. They refused and after this i say to anyone who is thinking of after sale service here it's crap.
