Nicolle Blight was our realtor. She helped us secure our rental in Cambridge. From start to finish she was prompt with follow up and extremely professional, thorough and courteous. After securing the rental she sent us almost 340 photographs of the apartment for the Condition report. The process is absolutely transparent and streamlined. We are completely satisfied with the service offered by the rental agency. We look forward to our stay in the new apartment.

Both my partner and I on many occasions tried to contact and organize viewing as we were moving from a different city. Very bad communication and seemed like a unwilling nature to help we applied for two properties got the run around with the first with all these stories under the sun about about other tenants taking it and it's still for rent ?and we just said nope not an agent I want to tenancy with.called next property management company got a veiwin that day and was offered property later that day because of our immaculate reference and rental history just seems like she is to busy to care really and we really wanted the first property communication and just thinking outside the box goes a long way and answering calls and countless email

Where is the point of a house inspection if you say right from the start you won't criticise the tenant? What's the point of offering this service then?
