Great staff, very good cafeteria service at after hours and nyyc and warm place to sit and have a coffee break

This review is about the Ampol petrol station, as they are responsible for cleaning the toilet. The toilet was discussing! I almost dry-reached, it was that bad. If the health department saw and smelt it they would shut you down.

Staff are too busy stocking shelves and manager is lazy. She drinks coffee while walking around looking busy while customers are waiting for coffees and to be served. Such a badly run business....and rude too.

This is a gem of a petrol station store. Seriously, they make barista quality coffee and have a more than adequate range of convenience/grocery goods to for your needs. It's location is so great that it's an optimal shopping point for post workout or finishing a day in the city to grab some extra goodies for the pantry. Staff are incredibly professional and helpful, their positive friendly dispositions assist greatly with the service too. Guy, a particular staff member, even ran to his vehicle wearing a high visibility vest to grab a charger for my phone so that I could complete my NFC transaction as I had no wallet on my person at the time and my phone died. He saved me a trip and made my day. That is what you call above and beyond service. I highly recommend taking a gander at this store. It is kept clean by staff and goods are positioned in a logical, convenient manner. Plus you could grab some GNG takeout as it is right next door. Yummy TexMex if I do say so myself.

Great place to get your coffee and snack

Lady with glasses very rude. No customer service. Doesn’t wear a name badge and accuses people. Very disrespectful.

I come here to refuel and take a break. There is a power point to charge a phone inside and outside bar to eat at. Toilets are under reconstruction at the time of writing but are usually open and clean as far as servo standards go. Staff are usually kind, coffee is Barrista style and not machine style. Toasted sandwiches are a good quick lunch and they toast them for you on the spot. Drinks are not always cold but maybe that is good in winter. 5 stars for the welcoming vibes

Over priced , long wait times and just overall not worth stopping here.

We live around the corner from this service station and go here quite frequently to top up on simple groceries like fresh fruit, bread etc. The staff are always lovely and love it when I bring in my dog, Tofu. Great place
