We had lots of fun here - so many games, including heaps for the kids to play. Thanks for the incredible service, helping us choose games and even giving us a rundown of each game before we started. We're already looking forward to our next visit! Kid-friendliness: Very accomodating of kids with a family game section.

Great variety of games for different ages, group sizes and interests. James was really friendly and helpful with recommendations & rules. I would highly recommend to anyone with even the tiniest interest in board games. Very pog!

Quick review below as of 5th June 2023: - You pay $3 p/hour+p/person - You can pay for cafe style food and drinks however it's Abit expensive for what you're getting - Didn't need pre-booking tables - Have a selection of games available. So many you likely haven't played. - Good atmosphere and vibes - Overall we had fun. - Would recommend for a rainy day activity in Auckland

Awesome friendly place. Big selection of games. James is crazily knowledgeable and can not only recommend what to play, but also teach. It's worth going there, play, and if you feel like coffee and cakes they've got that too.

Great place to have a nice day with board games and surprisingly good food. The atmosphere is quite chill and feels very warm. The guy behind the bar is super friendly and always keen to explain the basic rules. The LGBTTTIQ+ flags are a super plus :DFood: 4/5

As a newbie I am sure you won't find any other better board game Cafe in Auckland. It has a huge selection and everything is neatly organized. It's one of the most chill and relaxed public space I have ever been in general. The owner James is much fun to be around and helped me learn a lot Hugs to you my friend There is merely a price on what you pay for. Much fun experience. Btw do try the it's delicious I wish they'd bring more stuff to serve

Best place to spend time with friends. So many games available to play. Cool collection of board games card games and many more. The owner was very kind and helpful he taught us how to play the game, he suggested us many games. We played costume party assassin and two other games but i dont remember the names. We had some tasty cupcakes and berry smoothie.
