CAFE 116 at the Pillars

Had brunch here on Saturday morning. It seems like a pretty popular spot as it was very busy in there. I had the omelette which was nice although could have done with another slice of toast for a better omelette to toast ratio. The big breakfast was good with cheesy sausages. The burger was also good although came with no sauce for the fries. The service was quite slow and I wasn’t acknowledged for a few minutes at the counter while the server did some other things. Overall it was a pretty good experience

We purchased a take out for a picnic. A large slice of bacon & egg pie to share and 2 slices of raspberry slice.nnWe thoroughly enjoyed both,the bacon & egg pie must have been home baked very very nice.nnThank you team you made our day.

Lovely staff, the best fish n chips we’ve had in a long time, so fresh and lite. The coffee was just how I like it!nThanks team, can’t wait to visit again.

Delious food, loved the chicken and rice satay filo.nBacon and egg buttie delicious. Just a comment... the mayonnaise and brown sauce used on the outer edge of plate for garnish and flavour gets on the cutlery when its rested on the plate while you chew a mouthfulnCan the sauce be placed to one side or the centre of plate

Food was amazing, honestly best coffee I’ve had ever. Oat caramel pie slice is also to die for, definitely recommend
