Some of the most amazing kai I’ve had.nnAs someone who is dairy intolerant and gluten intolerant, finding cafes that cater to both allergens can be a process.nnThis was amazing - everything on the menu was gluten free, and most items could be made dairy free. Their allergen labelling was really clear, and the staff are all super knowledgeable about how to cater for people with a range of allergens.nnI had the French toast gluten free and dairy free and a coconut milk matcha. The matcha is proper authentic matcha, and the French toast was one of the best cafe dishes I’ve had since my intolerances started.nnCannot recommend this place highly enough, even if you don’t have any allergies!!
Deviated from our usual breakfast spot and so glad we did! Wonderful to see a menu that has good variety of choice, healthy options and consideration for dietary requirements. Coffee was good, the food came out fairly quickly and was well presented and delicious nService was friendly and efficient.nWe will definitely be back!
Absolutely devastated by the state of my lunch today, decided I was just after a simple nachos. For 20 odd dollars I expected a half decent meal, the meal came out and looked the part but one I started to eat this the horror begun. The entire meal was like it had been made 3 days ago and stored in the fridge then nuked in the microwave for a couple minutes to serve, the mince was clumped together in big cold flavourless chunks. I could look past this if I hadn’t had gone to pick up a chip and noticed that the chip looked like it had been for a swim it was soggy beyond all belief.nnWould absolutely not recommend this place to anyone after this horrible experiencenn1/10
Heard about this place and thought I would give it a go today. Being gluten intolerant has been a struggle esp finding places to eat out. Well this place doesnt disappoint. The food was delish, the servings a decent size as i couldnt eat it all. The Hot chocolate was really nice and the service was excellent. Friendly staff!! Will be back again. Thanks to the team at munch.
I loved the decor and atmosphere as soon as I arrived. What a treat for the eyes, not only the decor but the amazing looking array of cabinet food. Being a visual person, this was a delight.nnWe shared a salmon Keto bene with a side of bacon. The hash brown was exchanged for an egg and cheese mash. Apart from the overindulgence of cheese, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I also enjoyed a lovely sweet treat of an apricot bar. It was crumbly goodness.nnWe highly recommend Munch, especially for anyone with dietary wants & needs.
