Wonderful studio with a cozy atmosphere. I've been doing 3 classes a week for a year now. Each class was different, and starts with a gradual intensity. I noticed great benefits for my back, joints, and the overall tone of the body as a whole
I've been going to this studio for a year now! I am very pleased with the atmosphere and approach to clients! The trainers are all pros and open to communication! There are always gifts and discounts in the studio. I highly recommend it to all.

I am visiting from Dubai and wanted to train at a prestige studio that has the best trainers. My first class with Nadine was exactly the experience I had expected a body workout that challenged me physically and mentally.
Perfect place! I fell in love with the studio, the coaches are just wonderful, the atmosphere is excellent, always clean, cozy, cool and comfortable! The membership is also a great affordable option! : Definitely recommend!
Shocking customer service. The Owners care about profits more than clients. I had an intro pack, classes are about £30 each. I got COVID so couldn’t attend my class. I asked with about 6 hours notice if I could rebook as I had tested positive to COVID and was really sick. They said no. They said 1. I can come to class with COVID and infect everyone else… but how as I physically couldn’t do a workout, it’s actually dangerous to do an intense workout like that with COVID so very irresponsible of the owners to suggest this. 2. They said they’re a small business so need the money. You gained £30 from me but lost hundred/thousands of ££ from me getting a membership purely because of your terrible service and lack of care for your customer relationships I’m a reformer instructor myself and we ALWAYS cared about our clients. We’d be flexible in these circumstances, check in on them and cherish the relationship. Without customers the business will die! 1 star for management. 5 stars for the workout. I LOVED the actual class. It was so intense, strong, sequenced well and the instructors are great so I really really wanted to go back but it doesn’t feel right supporting a business who doesn’t care about its customers.
For a very long time I was looking for this style of training from which my body would receive not only physical benefits, but also pleasure. This Pilates studio and their program opened up a world of physical activity for me, where every muscle works: stretching, lengthening, tensing and relaxing. Concentration is turned on, allowing the brain to take a break from daily chores, immerse yourself in yourself and your body.
Really unhelpful policy of having to use all classes within a time period and then not being able to book for you and a friend using your own classes. The check in staff I came across where unfriendly and the whole vibe really off! Classes good if you’ve done them before.
I have been going to Karve for just under a year now and I love this studio. It’s the closest thing I’ve found to Lagree, which I used to do regularly when I lived in NYC. Danni, Nadine and Alison are all great instructors with their own styles. The studio is run well and they are overly communicative if there is ever a problem. They are strict on their lateness and cancellation policy and they have every right to be.
I came to try pilates to help my posture and get more tone. Pilates is something new for me and I haven’t done pilates before, only cycling classes, which is almost always too hard on my joints. When I tried Karve pilates it was a challenge but the slow movement and attention from the trainer made the class go by quickly! It's really cool how they are able to make the workout fun and effective.
