Not only do we cater for the Monday-Saturday Cafe hours and our in-house deli but also we provide a reliable out-catering service, awesome cakes made for any occasion to suit your needs and a muffin run around surrounding businesses on Mondays and Wednesdays.In addition to providing all this business we also like to support the community with attendance at promotional events and helping out Manchester House with food to supply for those in need in our community.

Let me start by saying that I've grown up in this area majority of my life, and it's a decent place to pick up something quick for lunch or after work, maybe even groceries. That being said, I worked there for a little over a month in late 2022 because a friend recommended it to me as a job close to school. I sent in an application, got hired, and started soon enough. Tip: if you're looking for a good work environment for your kids' first job, don't go here. The owner is rude and unhelpful, and when I asked for Sundays off for medical reasons, he denied, saying I'd be out by the end of the week. Lo and behold, my next shift I show up, clock in, and am ready to start. I go up to my coworker and she asks what I'm doing there and if I was looking for my check. I say that I was there for my shift and she goes tot he back to the owner and speaks with him, and five minutes later she comes back saying I don't work there anymore. No phone call. No email. No letter. Nothing. He fired me without any prior notice. He consistently signed me up for shifts on Sunday mornings, which I could not do, and refused to change anything about it. he is inflexible and will only communicate with workers through little notes taped to his office door. He got mad if we doodled at the cash register on extra receipt paper while we were slow. We couldn't use our phones while behind the register, even to shoot out a text to our parents about when to pick up up after out shifts. Pay was decent, but not worth the stress. Besides that, it has a great deli and every other staff member is amazing.
Everyone swears by this place, so as I was passing, I decided to see what it was about, around 4pm on Wednesday. Barn type exterior. Interior was extremely cluttered and difficult to maneuver around, then add people, it was hectic. I did enjoy browsing. They had a very decent selection from produce, dairy, grocery and a nice deli dept, which had a line 5 deep at the time. I liked the pre-sliced Boars Head selection available to avoid the line. They also had fresh pre-packaged rolls/heros. A nice selection of pre-packaged foods and salads, as well as bakery items. I purchased the seafood salad, very oily, but decent. The potato, macaroni and tortellini salads were very good. Didn't intend to spend as much as I did. I absolutely understand why it's a local's favorite, especially to grab something in a pinch. I will definitely head there more often.
My Mom and Dad were friends with the Original Owners of Buttercup. Mom walked there to get Milk when it was a Dairy Farm. The kids not so young now have been running it and doing an amazing job! Great place to go for cold cuts, sandwiches, fresh salads, cookies, Inside of pies are yummy but the crusts, sadly, are terrible - too thick and hard - nothing like home made should be! It's a most convenient place to pick up so many things you can avoid the supermarket & you can get in and out fairly quickly! They even sell home made entrees! Service is always friendly & there are carts to make shopping easier. It's definitely a WIN-WIN place to shop!
I absolutely positively love this place. I remember it from when I was a tiny kid, too. Great selections to choose from, great sandwiches, everything about buttercup Farms is great in my opinion!!!
Owner is extremely rude and ungrateful for business. Hopefully his attitude changes or he will be dropping customers in no time, he’s already just lost a few houses in the neighborhood!
Buttercup is an area staple. From pies and salads to fresh baked bread, everything I've had from here has been fantastic.
Great selection of in store made breads, bagels, cookies, pies and cakes. Great service every town should have a buttercups.
Super heroes really went downhill. I've been ordering heros from here for years, got one recently for a birthday party, the chicken was stale. When I spoke with the manager,he refused to stand behind the stale food and denied it could be possible. This place is going to get someone sick.
I love Buttercups ! They made life fun and affordable with their lunch specials at a great price and quality while I attended school & I really appreciated that . Their bread was always so fluffy and people working were happy & it was always a lovely interaction. Thanks for being a yummy part of my days.
Love this place. The lunch specials are great and cheap. Buttercups always has what I went there for. The staff is friendly and helpful. 5 stars 4 sure!
