Coffee is good I got a nice hot mocha. Was a bit too hot had to wait for a while before I could drink it, was to hot to hold. Pies and other treats are yum. Customer service is good depending whose working.
Staff at the counter is very friendly. Staff at the food counter not so much. I detected a bit of an attitude when I asked and paid for almond milk in my coffee only to be told by the barista that they never had almond milk. I couldn't be bothered asking for my money back, so opted for coconut milk. It's barely drinkable. If you want coffee with a coffee taste and you can't have dairy or soy - go somewhere else. Then you'll also avoid the grumpy "I don't drink it" when you ask what the coconut milk in coffee tastes like.
Overpriced Fuel prices and poor customer service.
there is an ATM in there you can use, the Toilet are always clean and if you ever find they are not tell them and they will clean it, there is WI-FI in there may as well use it. Wild Bean Cafe - the coffee is grate, all though the pie warmers could be turned up it was not cold but would have been nice if it was hottermay have been fixed
The old man with the blond hair and glasses IS RUDE & RACIST! I have recently just moved to Feilding , went there today with a small petrol can to get $10 gas in it. We arrived in my grandmothers car & I went to pump gas in but the old man over the intercom said I had to pay first. So I went inside and he was completely rude old hag. Didn’t say hi , how are you or anything. Just “how much gas do you want” so I then asked how come only I had to come in and pay before pumping and no one else. He then accused “4 BIG BLACK MEN” have been using a car similar to my GRANDMOTHER getting gas and running without paying. I then fizzed as my grandmother is very old & no one is aloud to drive her car also as we don’t have “4BIG BLACK” that would take my grandmothers car and do that. He had no proof to show that it was her car or number plates & was strange as my nan has been going in there nearly 30+years now and even went and got gas from there 3 days ago. He only didn’t let me as I was brown and dressed in warm comfortable clothes. We will be speaking to your manager old man & the police so look out. You owe both of US a apology & we Hope you get the sack : : : PS-When you work in hospitality THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. just remember that you old dumby.
Ordered coffee, 20min later asked about where they were and they had lost the order and then proceeded barister proceeded to want to charge me again. No communication between register and barister.
Well done BP Feilding. I popped on today for my petrol and got a few items from the fridge. I appreciated being asked if I'd like a bag. I don't do plastic but reluctantly said yes. To my surprise my shopping was put into a EP tech biodegrade bag. Yay thank you so much. And the good thing about these bags is that you can use them again and again. Top marks BP Kind regards Julie
Hilarious - called BP service station Feilding tonight to ask how much their Diesel is and he said he didnt know cause he didnt have a reciept. I asked if it was on the big glowing sign out side - he said 'i cant see it from here' - he asked a colleauge - 'mutter, mutter...' neither could come up with an answer!!! I said 'thank you, i better call a station who knew the price of their deisel!' - no exageration, true story - unbelievable! C'mon boys - dont be so lazy - look at the sign outside for goodness sake! Maybe time for a training day Boss. Carl.
Super sad to learn that the Barista was refusing to put our coffees into reusables. Bp, stop your greenwash!!!
Good selection of food and drinks for when your on the go. Easy to get in and out from pumps.
