Became a repeat customer for a couple of weeks while doing a job close by, and received excellent service every single time. The team went the extra mile to ensure that I got the best value out of my visits. And the food... Sublime!
Blonde Cashier was extremely kind and helpful. Helped serve us, put rubbish away, taught us how to use the burger holders, take drinks out of fridge etc. I ordered the Hybird, burger was humongous and worth it'd price, as I was left completely full and satisfied. I had also purchased Kumara Fries, probably the best I've had in a while, however the burger had taken a toll on me and I couldn't finish it. One small problem. Is that their tables were suspiciously sticky or oily. Highly recommend to ear at.
My partner and I regularly visit your Windsor Park location and are always amazed by the exceptional service provided by your team. Always welcoming, friendly and time effective, even during peak times. Order accuracy is also perfect always. Truely impressive! Big shout out to Josh, Keith and Sofie who are always extremely welcoming, friendly and exceptional service with a smile. On top of that the restaurant is always clean and tidy.

The food is great but the service and wait time is very average. the worst part was getting home only to realize they got my order wrong. ordered and paid for a double burger and got a single but couldnt bother going back. apart from that the food is really goodFood: 5/5
I come in at least one night a week and im always faced with rude young female managers whom have no people skills what so ever... bring back the tattooed guys they rocked that store... thankfully the tall young guy with the glasses is the only person of customer kindness in that store.. I will try Albany from now on.
Ordered online, pick up time was accurate and ready to collect! Quick, easy, fresh burgers, looked perfect too! We also ordered fries, which were huge and delicious, but we ate them in the car spot on

I just love our local Burgerfuel. The burgers and fries are to live for. The staff are so friendly and full of energy. Always a buzz in the place.
