Hands down the best burger fuel in NZ!!! The bro Leong went above and beyond to make great recommendations and make us feel welcome. I got the fried chicken sandwich and added bacon… it was chefs kiss. The kumara fries blew me away and are much better than any I’ve had anywhere in the world!!! Keep up the great work team.Food: 5/5
The manager was incredibly friendly and great to talk to. The food was superb and would definitely recommend the C N Cheeseburger. Great balanced burger but definitely a large meal to eat. Place was clean and tidy, employees were friendly, especially the younger chap that gave me water. I would appreciate it if they were to put price tags on the bottled drinks so you know how much they cost without having to ask the employees or on the receipt. No complaints really, great place to eat. Vegetarian options: Burger options for vegetarians. Parking: Plenty of parking around the Bethlehem shopping area and surrounding the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: Always see families coming to eat here, definitely family and kid friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to location to get to in a wheel chair.
Impeccable burger experience. Absolute perfection of a C&N Cheeseburger experienced at this branch which will absolutely have me returning. This after ruling out BF altogether following multiple average experiences from more than 1/2 doz branches across TGA & AKL. My burger tonight was superbly seared and seasoned for max flavour to be fair, too much salt with no trace of fat globules as experienced elsewhere, and all other ingredients perfectly dosed and spread for a consistent hold and bite throughout. It might sound obsessive but that's what makes a good burger experience. The Creme Brulee Thickshake was pretty epic also. The sad thing is that we should be receiving this level of excellence from ALL BF branches, and from experience sadly we don't. Keep up the good work, you emboddy the BF spirit that I'm sure of and corporate should be proud. Parking: It's a shopping centre. Parking everywhere.
I ordered online, an hour in advance for my daughters birthday dinner. The staff took a long time to gather my order that should have been ready a few minutes prior. The burger patty was over-cooked to the point that it was mostly flavorless, and the outside was far too crunchy. But the worst part was the chips were so under-cooked that most of them are still raw inside, and all of them are soft and soggy. I can't bring myself to eat any more. What a waste. Overall the worst experience I've had at any fast food establishment in the past few years. Edit: I was given some burger and fry vouchers. Thank you
Really enjoyed the food at Burger Fuel Bethlehem... The smack and cheese meal was a nice change. The gentlemen that served us was helpful and friendly. The European lady with black hair clearly doesn't like her job, as someone who works in customer service having a friendly attitude and a smile can go a long way. The tables could do with a wipe down too
Great customer service from boy with black runners v drink socks black baseball cap and curly hair with short mullet. Very polite and made sure you got what you ordered. Food was amazing very good clean place to sit and eat on a rainy day.Food: 4/5

Staff were very friendly and I got my food piping hot and fresh after the first 5 minutes of ordering!! I've been to many burgerfuels over the years but I've never been to one where the food came to me not even 5 minutes after ordering.... definitely recommend them 10000/10 Food: 5/5
