Good food and all, i get its busy on saturday night but when i order a burger for $18.90 i expect it to be built properly and not a mess and all sloppy when i open it up.nnHaving worked there for a bit in the past i know the expectations they live up to but come on burgerfuel.
Had takeaway from here this evening and I must commend both the young guy on reception who was very calm, efficient and polite, as well as whoever was the chef tonight as the burgers were beautifully made and tasted divine.nI hope management sees this and passes on my compliments to the staff.nThanks!
Great customer service. Very understanding and quality construction of the burger. I ordered the C N Cheese and it was delicious. Thanks guys
First, they missed half out order after a particularly unfriendly experience at the counter. Then, they made us wait a ridiculous amount of time. But worst of all, they brought non-vegab aioli with our vegan burger. Thankfully we asked but, seriously, that's not okay. Hope you upgrade your staff soon.nnFood was fine/average but hardly worth the ridiculous price tag!
