I’m going to be honest, I’m not a massive burger customer myself. That being said, fair to say I won’t be coming back. Terribly disappointing service time. Lovely staff, just not enough of them.
Loved the food, but i felt so sorry for the staff it was a saturday night and they looked super understaffed probably from upper management slashing hours to save money which is just awful, don’t come here and support this evil business when they don’t even give their shifts enough staff. Thanks for the feed, and for the staff you have to suffer from the slave management style good luck.
I went there today, it was warm, clean enough, and I was served quickly. My fries were just above lukewarm but hey it's BK I can deal. I thought I'd try a coffee, my bad, it was awful. My burger was cold, the patties couldn't even melt the cheese, and they tasted burnt and like gas, the sauce was nice I guess... but the bacon was also cold. I actually took it back it was that bad. The worker happily and immediately replaced it with a warm burger. I was happy enough with that, till I got to the middle of the burger and found it was cold again. They'd just microwaved or put it in an oven for a second or something because it was absolutely terrible. Awful. Like even for cheap, low quality fast food it was particularly awful.
The place was clean, organised, the staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. There was plenty of space for parking, as it is located at one of Z petrol stations. Comfortable places to sit, the food was good as expected and it didn't take long to get our order placed and delivered.
This Indian guy I believe it’s store manager because look like every other worker work in the store afraid of he yelling.
