What a shocking response from owners when last review said that the air-conditioning and soft serve were not working. They said to fill in a form.nIf they do NOT get the message and look after their customers and staff, the best option is to go to McDonalds. At least they care about their customers/staff and everything works.nI will NOT be returning because of their couldn't care attitude and I hope you do the samennResponse from owners indicate lack of interest in business. Just cut and paste a standard response and do NOTHING about the problems.
Very very hot, air-conditioning not working. Unacceptable for staff or customers.nnWhats worse the soft serve was not working, even though it was part of the meal we ordered, and nothing was mentioned about this when we purchased it.nnWHAT IS WRONG WITH THE OWNERS THAT THEY WONT FIX THINGS.nnThe owners response does not address any of the issues I raised and shows they are just NOT interested in their business, their staff or the feedback they get from customers. Took 25 minutes to get my order with no one in the store and a couple of items were missing when I got home :‘nnAlso incorrect sauce on chicken fries
Got an $85 fine for being in the carpark while eating there for only just over an hour. That's not how you treat customers by giving them a hefty fine for eating at your place
It's BK so it's the same food as every other BK but there was no que sk it was fast but there no ice in the drinks machine. They filled it up but most certainly made sure everyone could hear them doing it with ice flying all over the place. But it is what it is. Fast food.
