On behalf of all of our family we can't thank Diana and her wonderful team at Bupa Northaven Care Home enough. Elisma and Annette were so welcoming and bent over backwards to put our minds at ease for the care of our Father. He arrived at short notice but thoroughly enjoyed his time at Northaven. He quickly made friends and loved the way he was cared for. We enjoyed visiting him and the friendly staff made us all feel so welcome. Thank you for the compassion that was shown when Dad passed away. We highly recommend Bupa Northaven Care Home if you have a family member looking for a place to feel safe and loved.
Words can not describe how grateful my family is for the care the team at North Haven gave my Father. From the first walk around, to the moment we took his things away we received excellent communication & support during my Dad’s short stay. We were very comforted knowing he was so well cared for in his final weeks.
My dad passed away recently and just wanted to share the amazing experience and caring of my dad's final years and day of passing. Thankyou to the manageress who has turned bupa more into a home than a resthome, and to all the staff medically and carers who did an amazing job whilst he was alive and brilliant job looking after him in his final moments.nThank you.
My grandfather passed in this care, he was barely checked on because they left him in the room by himself. The night he passed from 9:30 to 11 when he was getting short of breath they did not check on him, they left him even though he was short of breath so unfortunately he did pass. There is quite a lot of neglect in this place, he was so healthy before and he passed in only 3 weeks in being in this care… he was in the dementia unit so please don’t bring loved ones to their dementia unit
Thanks for the amazing care provided to my mother in her final weeks. The staff were so caring and supportive and the level of care she received was excellent. Thank you.
