Big store, tidy, such a hugh variety of items in stock, home wares, general building supplies, tools, indoors and outdoors plants, furnitures, etc. Has good coffee shop inside and there's a sausage sizzle outside the store for only $2.50 every Saturday and Sunday. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Ordered a gate on Thursday was told it had arrived on Friday got there it was the wrong gate spent 1/2 an hour sorting it out.nGate arrived a week later it was not in good condition.nMy wife was told by a staff member that she was 1 metre tall.nAnother staff member at the top of his voice said what don't they want it. He had allready the week befor bean Rude to us.nGot our money back.n????
Big store, hard to find specific item or assistance. Reasonable pricing but some goods lower quality. Lots of easy parking, good hours.
Instore review #1:nThough the outcome overall wasn't great it was out of these staff members hands. I would like to praise Kassandra on her fast thinking, being tenacious and persistence for problem solving. Valenttino showed a drive to provide a solution.nnClick & Collect review #1:nnOne shopping experience I had ordered a click and collect. On arrival one staff member I approached checked her tablet or phone and was aware there a purchase for them to allocate for collection. I had purchased over 5 hours before going in. The uninterested worker then gave me an isle # and told me to go get the item and return to her customer service counter to do paperwork.
We brought a corner lounge setting for our deck. The lady who helped us was absolutely awesome. Nothing was a problem. Excellent well done
