Our family recently stayed at Buller Court Motel while in town for a funeral, We were very pleased with our experience - The motel was exceptionally clean and spacious, providing a warm and inviting environment that made us feel comfortable during a difficult time.nVery friendly check-in staff who gave us the yummiest hot shortbread upon arrival, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch, greatly appreciated after a long drive.nThe motel rooms are stocked with everything you might need, such as air freshener, spare blankets and a heater in each room needed in west cost winter, kept us cosy! its location is central to main centre, conveniently close to where we needed to be. We felt very comfortable and safe throughout our stay.nWe highly recommend Buller Court Motel for anyone seeking a clean, safe, comfortable, and hospitable place to stay while on the West Coast.
The room smelt really bad. I mean really bad...like dirty bodies. I opened everything to try and freshen it, but the smell persisted. Everything looked clean, shower etc.nIt wasn't until the morning when I dropped something that rolled slightly under the bed head, that the cause of the smell became obvious. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in a very long time. It was thick with skin cells. Revolting.
Really generous hosts. Beautiful shortbread on arrival. Rooms clean, comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Only one suggestion...a fan for each room? Thank you very much. Would definitely recommend.
Great little place to stay. Nice and clean, comfy bed and hot shower!
Fantastic stay at a comfortable place. Good size rooms and bathroom. We were looked after by a gorgeous young man named Josh ; I would return based on his epic customer service skills alone!
