It was the worst car rental experience in my life. Our fly was delayed a bit and when we eventually get to the Budget car rental, very arrogant and rude woman behind the counter just informed us that the car is gone and it’s not her problem what we’ll do now. Even the fact that we had our tired daughter on our hands didn’t change her attitude I asked for her name but obviously she refused to give it to me. So we missed our car, we nearly spend the night on the street as there was nearly no hotels available around the airport. Tried to call the office or anyone in charge-no luck Avoid that company
Price for forwarding a 15 EUR parking fine is.... a whopping 42 EUR. It is an automated process that take them probably 1 minute. Isn't this a scam in broad daylight ?
although the reviews here sounded horrible i decided to give it a try and everything worked perfectly fine, i didnt have to wait for the car, the car did what it should and also the process of giving the car back worked fine. nothing bad to say about them
The above telephone number is WRONG. We urgently needed to contact Budget Beauvais A. after I couldn’t find my ID „Passport Equivalent“ and driving license a couple days later and 200 km away. We wanted to call to find out if we had left them there. We called Budget France - they gave us the above number- and Avis Budget Assistance: after 20 minutes the call was disconnected.. another 20 min wait later we reached someone who tried to connect us but we were disconnected again. This telephone game went on and on. We had to change our plans and drove back to Budget to find my ID + Licence were there amongst at least 5 other ID cards from other people. A Budget employee confirmed they have no public telephone number. They had my telephone number but did not bother to contact me. They could have also walked around the corner to give us back my documents while we were loading the car. A simple phone call could have saved me days of worry and having to change my plans.
Almost a month has passed and the deposit of 950 Euro has not been returned! I do not recommend !

Good service from Avis budget, but only one person at the counter slows down operations. Cars well cleaned and in order
Budget is the same staff that Avis really rude & unhelpful plus extra charges that only see when you are home. Fuel tank not fill properly. As there are never any Staff when returning vehicle, you can get your contract sign. They won't answer the phone either. Stay away from those rental company to avoid extra charges
A long line with exorbitant charges. Stay away from this independent owner who makes his own rules.
They need to hire more staff, took me 1 hour 25 min to get a car with only 2 customer in front
