Bright Futures established in 1994, provides families with affordable, quality, home based childcare and education for 0-5 year old children.

Story

Children learn best when they feel confident in their environment with someone who knows them. Bright Futures home based childcare, for 0-5 year olds, is about giving your child a secure, familiar and nurturing relationship with a consistent, professional Educarer who is dedicated to enhancing their learning in their early years.

Bright Futures complies with MOE regulations to provide low teacher to child ratios (no more than 1:4) meaning better care and more attention for your child. We offer parents flexible hours of care and our rates are very affordable.

Children are offered more spontaneity, fun and the ability to explore their world at their own pace; both at home and out and about in the community. Children's social interactions are fully supported with frequent playgroups, plenty of excursions and impromptu gatherings such as story time at the library or a picnic in the park on a sunny day.

At Bright Futures, children are free to do normal things, Educarer's respond and adapt to the child on any given day. Our Educarers are very skilled at aligning children's activities to Te Wharkiki (the New Zealand early childhood curriculum) making links to the principles and goals of Te Wharkiki along the way.

Bright Futures childcare and learning is a service of Napier Family Centre, an award winning not for profit social service agency. Any surpluses we make go right back in, to help provide a better service to our local communities.
