Bridgestone Tyre Centre - Otahuhu

Totally disgusting and zero customer service the rudeness with the customer is on top, already done once from this shop by my mechanic’s recommendation i went 2nd time for alignment with 2 front new tyres and the old ones at the rear but the lady said need to change the rears ones too to fix the alignment so i did as per her saying.after alignment, I driven the car to check the alignment about 2-3 kms with the new tyres. Still didn’t fix steering going to right direction and tyres going to left which was not a problemshe made it worse , then i went back to Bridgestone otahuhu and trying to explain the situation, the lady owner started shouting on me and told me leave the premises or she’ll trespass me. I spent 280$ to change the tyres as per she said but couldn’t help and end up with steering problems. She was started abusing me and started giving more excuses that the car is very old,, has been driven 200k and didn’t listen to me. I recommend Bridgestone to take its franchisee back from this lady, she doesn’t deserve it and i need the money whatever i spent on tyres and alignment.

Very rude lady at front counter. I walked in she didn't look like she wanted to be there, and said "NO" as soon as I spoke about getting a puncher repair. Get another job if you can't offer basic services.

Michelle and co were absolutely positively amazing! Fantastic customer care and service. Explained in full detail about the tyres I needed for my black beauty. She went out of her way to ensure I was looked after and that the customer experience was first class! Something I didn't expect.. was issue with payment. After a few tries of sorting out payment. I asked Michelle if I could go home qnd pick up my wife as she deals with payment side of things. Michelle didn't even hesitate to let me leave her workshop and pick up my wife and return to sort out payment. We returned to the workshop and managed to resolve the payment issue. We all had a laugh about the experience. Michelle took a chance on me to leave and return to sort out payment. I don't know anyone else who would go out of their way the way she did. Absolutely positively top notch customer care and experience with Bridgestone Tyre Centre Otahuhu. The experience outweighed the cost factor.. purely because Michelle and co treated me as a valued first time customer as well as respect and integrity. Definitely a loyal customer no doubt about it! Thank you Michelle and co. You earned a 10 out of 10 customer care, service and experience from me and my aiga!

Michelle and her staff are absolutely incredible! As a first-time customer, I had an outstanding experience, and without a doubt, I'll be coming back. Their communication was top-notch, going above and beyond to keep me informed. The service provided was incredibly fast and efficient. I can confidently say that they offer the best customer service and advice. I highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Had both my back tires changed today by the lovely lady there Excellent customer service

I went in with a hissing puncture and asked if it could be repaired. The old lady barked there was NO WAY she had time to do it. I commented on her attitude, which got the young lady saying, "JUST LEAVE NOW" with a huge smirk on her face and the old girl yelling at me. Frankly appalling customer service and looking at the other 1 star reviews, I am certainly not the only one. Although the old girl started the attitude cascade, the young one visibly enjoyed the event, which is quite disturbing. Looking at the wording of the 5 star ratings, it looks like friends and family have been asked to offset the older reviews, saying similar experiences to me.

Michelle never disappoints! Since my first visit/emergency in 2018, Ive never looked anywhere else. I continue to experience efficiency and outstanding service every single time, she really goes the extra mile for her customers. Highly recommend to everyone!

Got a screw in my tyre yesterday and knew I'd never make it back to west Auckland. Just wanted to say what a great couple of people that sorted it for us at the end of the day, from the lovely lady at the counter to the tech whom gave us advice on when to get our next set. Thanks for having passion in what you do - made our day.

Wow! Best first experience getting my Tyre repaired had a slow leak due to a nail in the rear passenger. Loved the hot chocolate in the waiting room, the whole thing took 20mins from driving in and I was driving out with a smile.
