Really great experience here after being dismissed by 3 other garages! The noticed the issues with the tyres right away, and went the extra mile fixing other issues that I hadn’t pointed out like squeaky suspension. Appreciate the honesty and the price was really good too!

These guys are awesome! I found myself in a pickle with a slow leak in one of my trailer tyres. Yesterday morning I went to visit Brett and the team at Bridgestone Browns Bay. Within 15 minutes they had found the issue and fixed it! These guys know their stuff and are great with people. Thanks team!

I have been a loyal customer with Bridgestone Tyre Centre - Browns Bay since arriving in Auckland in 2003. Totally consistent over the years with par excellent service. Pardon the pun, but where the rubber meets the road, these guys mean business. You can always trust they will give you an awesome deal when needing a new set of tyres. Moreover, if you have a flat tyre, or need yearly rotation to maximise life of the rubber, these guys service it for free and with a genuine smile. You can't get better than that! They back themselves, putting the customer first. Why would you go anywhere else?

My car had just failed its WOF, and I have this week experienced their wonderful service and real care again, to meticulously fix the issues, and at very reasonable prices. One of my car tires got a puncture, so I visited this store for repair. They informed me that the tire was not repairable and needed to be replaced. They also checked the other tires and recommended replacing all of them. I contacted my car's warranty service and explained the situation. They told me that if Bridgestone provided a written report stating the tires had issues, they would replace them for me. I went to Bridgestone and they claimed they are a large company and couldn't get involved in a dispute with my car's warranty service, so they refused to provide the report, leaving me in a difficult situation.

They offer a great old school service, friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful compared to others, highly recommend AA++++
