Andrew and the team are very good. Serviced my VW very efficiently, told me what needed fixing and their two cents. Andrew is a very knowledge person and has excellent communication skills. Loan car was requested and had a full tank of petrol. Highly recommend this workshop and I will be returning in the future.

Another incompetent BMW garage in Auckland. Call up Andrew about my BMW car's problem, ask him estimates cost and he told me maybe simple scan which cost $85 or maybe slightly more work around $200+, however when I bring the car to him, he did a quick scan in less than 5 min and Bill me $85 and told me he cannot find the problem, he suggested I leave the car with him for further check, I asked him how long he need and how much will be the checking cost? He told me he don't know... I don't feel good about leaving my car with him with a blank cheque and in the end don't solved the car problem but bill me with a large chunk of labour cost, kind of dodgy practice.
