We make single vineyard wines that are true to season and place. We like to think outside the box and make some very unique wines. We age our Pinot Noirs to allow the fine Gibbston tannins to evolve and soften becoming more elegant upon release.
Here, at Brennan Wines, we love to reflect the land through our wines, showing the sense of place through wine styles. Every wine growing season is different and we love that our wines reflect this, and we hope you do too.
