Broke down in forecourt and had to wait 1 hour for AA. Staff offered me free coffee while I waited . Outstanding customer service always at BP Haven
A year on from an empty cabinet review and they still never have enough in there. Always out a Mac cheese bites they are the most popular ones but TONS of the other ones that sit there unmoved ‍nnAdded too a few months later. Managed to get some bites. Also got a BLT sandwich. But a BLT sandwich it was not. I threw it out. Very disappointing that we put up with that. SMH
I filled my tank, and They billed me for an additional $50 of fuel.nnI had to demonstrate that my gas tank does not hold as much fuel as I paid for.nnemployees pretended it was an accident, and were eager to give me a refund in cash instead of credit back to my card.nnClearly deliberate.
Unfortunately couldn't drink the coffee i purchased here. It was so hot that i had to spit it out as soon as it touched my tongue. The milk was very loudly screeching in the milk pitcher by the time that they turned the steam wand off, insinuating that they had heated it to the milk's highest boiling point. Any hotter & it would have curdled. Milk thermometers & proper training would be great, as that was a very unpleasant way to start my morning at 6 am. Pie was not bad, just a genuine safety concern when it comes to steaming milk to boiling point.
Excellent convenience store and petrol station. The coffee is great and the staff is very friendly.nnI highly recommend for a quick and delicious snack when stopping to fuel up!
