Not good unfortunately. Questioned my coffee I wanted and scanned my points on my phone but didn't work
Great coffee. Tidy and clean. Easy to get in and out of.
Busiest time of day and one staff member trying to do coffee, purchases, gas bottles and look after the forecourt. Although he was doing his best, hopeless service at one of Nelson’s busiest fuel stops
Staff are pleasant and friendly - but!nnTwice I have filled up here and paid, only to find an additional amount added to the bill for a non-existent snack item. Only spotted because I asked for a receipt. The extra was refunded when I raised the issue.
Air compressor for checking & pumping up tyres has been out of action for over 3 weeks. Very inconvenient. I’ll buy my gasnelsewhere
