What an absolute joke. I went to fill my vehicle today. There are new signs saying fuel must be paid for before pump will activate. He asked " How much fuel do you want?" "I said I don't know?" I'm sure other consumers will take their business elsewhere like myself.
Now bp 98 is available at Halswell open 24/7 .Trailer Hire,Chicken to go ,barista made coffee, lotto ATM and more ..
12 o'clock lunch time . no pies . no pies cooking . you are a poor choice consistantly. if you dont care about your customers keep on going the way you are .

The service was absolutely appalling- I turned up to fill up my Falcon, i asked for the pump to be released she said NO! I complained to head office! I have been going to this site four three Years! Never again!
Excellent service. I had a problem with my BPme app and manager got involved and solved it really quick. Recommend for all. great service indeed

went to buy a pie at lunch time . no pies ..its Saturday 12:15 . how long will pies be?? 20 minutes . are they in ?? no they are not . we did not anticipate people would want pies at lunch time sorry.
