Fantastic communication and service. Delivered earlier than promised. The awning itself is everything That I wanted and has come out to be just as I had it pictured in my mind. We got the product installed on Tuesday and on Friday it got the biggest test, with the torrential rain and winds, it took everything without any issues at all.
Awesome throughout consultation and quoting and good communications. Installers are professional , respectful and careful. One more curtain to complete project which had to be check measured after Bowranda post was installed :

Top product. Powder coated frame won't rust, sail gets a lot of light through without compromising on UV protection for the occupants, 10 year warrantee on both. Install team are awesome. Has changed the way we live here. Pictures to come when we tidy the place up a bit!
The installation of shed for the deck and carport got delayed. We had to send reminders to get it installed. Still, one of the post was of wrong alignment hence had to wait another couple of days to get that replaced. We were told that there shall be provision for double flashing to install blinds for the shed while the order was taken. Later, on the installation day we were confirmed that it can't be done so we are now left with no point in having the shed roof for the deck. Rain water and harsh sun is always on the deck and no privacy. Waste of money.

Really pleased with our Bowranda roof installation over our spa pool. Greg was great at keeping us informed on progress and the installers did an excellent job on the day. The roof fits in with the house well and finished off the spa area nicely. Thanks.
