Boutique Motel Nelson

Just love this place! Derek and Mark friendly, welcoming and professional. Rooms are great, super clean and have everything you need, with a personal touch. Have family in Stoke, so also very convenient. Highly recommend, and I've already booked for next time! Thanks so much.

I had a great night sleep following the amazing spa bath. No photos of the room, so maybe you could go stay and see for yourself. Super cheerful greeting when I arrived, on a cool winters evening and the off to the room for the long awaited spa bath. For any people needing n affordable, well presented and very clean room then Boutique Motel need to be your first choice.

I truly believe this hostel is one of the kindest and most helpful places on Earth.nnI accidentally booked my flight for the wrong date and was completely lost and stressed. I asked the staff for help, and because I cannot speak English fluently, they even called the airline for me and helped explain everything.nnThanks to their kindness and support, I was able to change my flight reservation successfully. I cannot thank them enough. I am genuinely so grateful.nnThe room was also very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped — honestly, I have nothing negative to say about this hostel.nnThank you so, so much…nI want to express my deepest respect and appreciation to all of the staff.nnWhenever I come back to Nelson, I will absolutely stay here again.nAnd please come visit Japan someday too!nnThank you again!!

I have stayed there for 3 nights and I was pleasantly surprised with how much attention they had paid to the details that no other motels would ever do! I broke my nail and guess what, they had a tiny nail file in the bathroom!nMy partner and me had a great stay and if you value cleanliness, quietness and location for very affordable price, this is definitely the place you should go for!

Fabulous location, outstanding and welcoming people, immaculate, warm our stay was during winter, has every amenity you could possibly need. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.nDianna
