Botany Honda Motorcycles is owned and operated by a a great team of motorcycle enthusiasts; we all ride road, dirt or both.

Our busy workshop has expanded. Call (09) 274 2727 to book your motorcycle in for service, WOF, repair, tyres or general maintenance. Our technicians work on most make and models of motorcycle.

Had a great experience getting a repair done here. The parts manager was able to quickly find a part for my old Kawasaki. The mechanics do quality work and price repairs fairly. The repair to my carburetor is working great. My go to.
Really bad experience with the gear & accessory sales guy. We were so disappointed. Things start from many deep scratches on the body of the lawnmower. At first instance, we decided to give up and leave. However, because we really like Honda brand, after a chat with my wife in the car, we decided to go up stairs again to further discuss the mower. We then were told the mower was sent to the workshop do a touch up. During the conversation, he told me I should not expect it is brand new. What? We are paying the full price as other customers, but should not expect a brand new product???? Anyway, I told the guy that I need to talk to my wife and definitely to see the touch up outcome before making a decision. We then had a long walk around in the shop to wait until I asked him when the mower can be put back. He then told me that it won't be done today and the shop is closing at 5:30pm it was 5:10 more or less. And ask me again "do you want to buy the mower?" I consistently told him that we need to see the touch up outcome before making a final decision. He then told us there is a important customer waiting for his motorbike to get done to go back home. aren't we important as well as customers? We walked around in the shop without being notified that the touch up will not be done today in advance. Actually during the whole process, we could not feel he was looking after his customers. He totally had none incentive to sell any products........... horrible customer service...We totally understand that the touch up may can not be done today. But, its all about the attitude and communication. He consistently tell us if we don't buy, there are many other customers will buy. Hi, but you need to make customers buy with happiness, not make customers feel that you are the only "City Honda shop" and they must buy from here. We definitely can choose other brands.....Lastly, when we were leaving, I asked his name, he said name does not matter. So, this means he stands for Honda........
Great experience. I had a bit of issue with my motorcycle. The service advisor was really helpful and fixed things easily. Appreciate the team for the great work!!!
Rented a bike from another company that was supplied and maintained by them and they were really easy to deal with. Tom was a great bloke and you knew the whole team were into motorcycles.
These guys have consistently gone the extra mile for me, and I've given them some real curly ones. Including parts for a '76 kawasaki KT250 trials bike, an 81 Montesa Cota trials bike, and 79 XR 200a. They are totally open and honest, top guys to deal with.
Got a bike from these guys, sales staff were friendly and helpful. Had to re-sell 6 months later and asked these guys first - they looked after us and were easy to deal with Cheers for the always great experience
Excellent service - will always choose these guys first, even if it means I have to travel a bit further. Super friendly, helpful, and all around great!
If you want to put your money into a blackholes go to this place. I went to this place to tune up my bike as I wanted to change the original Exhaust to a different one. I have been advised that the new exhaust’s got leakage so I bought new Akrapovic Exhaust from Honda Botany for $1300 including installation and the sound of it is as normal as original one. I checked the exhaust that said it’s got leakage with a Exhaust specialist and they said nothing wrong with it so now I ended up spending $1300 for nothing. Do they really know how to tune up or put power command to a bike ? I doubt it.
Passed on details but never got back regarding a part. So had to find and buy from AliExpress in china and part works just as fine as original Honda.
Excessively unhelpful. Customer service bordering on the bring of actually just being rude. Guys , honnesty try a little harder.
