I recently held my wedding here and I'm so glad we chose the Citizens club, it made things easy and convenient , all the staff were helpful and always checked on how things were going,did we need anything, or was there anything they could do to help. Accom was on point with room attendent always checking if we wanted rooms cleaned or fresh towels and The meal was perfect and If I could give 10 stars I would.. Awesome job team

Absolutely outstanding! Booking with Kerry over the phone back in June was so easy. She was super helpful. Check in was quick and easy for our group. No mucking around. The rooms are clean and tidy, serviced daily and the cleaning team were also friendly and helpful. Bar staff 10/10. All just so friendly and fun. The President went out of way a number of times to make us and our extras most welcome. Tanya and her team are incredibly hospitable. Hats off to the friendly Chef and his team. Absolute value for money. The raffles are beautifully presented, quick and really well organised! The “raffle lady” was also so much fun, pleasant and helpful. We have stayed a couple of times at the RCC and have always enjoyed our stay. We don’t eat or drink anywhere else. Why would you! See you again soon team. Cheers Tuakau Crew

Travelled from out of town, we made a booking but had to wait 30 mins for a table. Food is overpriced sorry in comparison to Cossy Clubs. The Chicken Schnitzel was also dry. Not being picky here, but this is just what I experienced on Friday night.Service: 2/5

Great meals, good atmosphere. Courtesy van pick up and drop off was great but more expensive than you'd expect a 'courtesy' van to be 9 people for meals & drinks, spent a few $$Service: 4/5

Compliments to the chef for the good food we ordered, he served us with very good portions, and even gave us a piece of cheesecake after our lunch meal. There wasn't much people when we were there, and the hall was very spacious. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly. It can sometimes be hard to find a carpark even if you are a member, so you'd have to pay to park somewhere else near by, but this is irrelevant to us as the food and service were wonderful.
