Amazing park with lots of green space. Love it!
Ongley Park is the centre of activity in Palmerston North. Something for everyone, there is always a game of football, rugby, cricket to be had! It is within walking distance of the riverfront trail and esplanade activities. It is a great spot for the family to burn some energy or walk the dog.
Every Thursday we playing cricket on this park this park had alot of peach and I like this park I started back cricket after 5 years ago now I live in Palmerston North and I play cricket with my community people
Great green space. Well groomed field for Hockey.
Beautiful park in Palmerston North. The YMCA sponsored a 7k run/walk. It was great. And a very nice place to take the kids.
Esplanade Cafe, Palmerston North was very good. Nice food. Orchid house and rose garden great viewing and free! Parking pretty good on weekday.
Indoor cricket and outdoor loads of ground to play on has nets and toilets available
Cherry blossoms at the park are amazing in spring. This was at the the esplande and the park just happens to be at the start of the esplande. I never visited the park itself but it is good for cricket and has many fields so it's one massive grass field
Great experience... So much to visit..
