The Bongo Story
The original idea of Bongo sushi started in a small space at Waikato University by Sangha Park and his wife in 1999. Bongo's mission for the past 17 years remained simple: bringing a high-quality and healthy sushi experience to the community.
Our goal was to provide healthy and creative sushi accessible to the Waikato University community. We want every customer to enjoy and love every single bite of our sushi.
