Desiree studied Massage therapy in Auckland in the 90's and continued up skilling with online & clinical practice courses. And hands on with her amazing supervisor based in Central Otago, Rebecca Whyte from Peak Performance Massage. Desiree helped Rebecca at the National Sevens in Queenstown for several years.
Desiree has an incredible network of International and National supervisors who work in the industry, so whilst working for herself, she has support and advice on hand for client issues that may be out of the norm. Des works closely with Consultancy House Clinic Dunedin Osteopath Neil Patel and Knox Podiatry or if you're based in Queenstown Health Chiropractic Neki Patel Physiotherapy, Massage, Medicine and Eastern Physio Gore.
Recently She worked with a awesome team of 13 Massage Therapists and Physio's on the ALL BLACKS for the Bledisloe Cup 2017 in Dunedin. Des continues to help national representatives, regional and school athletes achieve their performance goals, hit their marks and recover from injuries.
Des competes in Showing and Dressage on her Irish Sport horse "Vin", works out at the Olympic Gym, raises her 6yr son Cameron and works full time at the Faculty of Dentistry as a postgraduate administrator.
