Nice people, nice helpful and friendly staff. Can get busy at certain times of day but for the most part there is more than enough equipment to accommodate without feeling pressured to hurry up. Good range of free and machine equipment that's maintained well, good facilities for cleaning, washing etc

Really good gym. The machine lay out is perfect, upper body and lower body area is mixed. But over all, it’s great. Restroom and shower are super clean
