I think the automated voice call centre is really poor. Is it that hard to put a human on the end of the phone?nThe lady I eventually spoke to was very helpful however . Would be nice to be able to just call the branch directly. Seems like the desire to automate everything and get rid of tellers and humans to do the job is beneficial to the bottom line of the bank rather than the satisfaction of the customer. I have noted too, that my bank fees haven’t gone down.
First time going to this bank. A lady called Linda looked after me and was wonderful. She was so helpful. Fantastic service. Thank you.
