The worst company ever! I was told that they'd deliver the balik Bayan box after I sent the payment. After a month still no box, then I had told them that I desperately need it since I'm going to the Philippines for a holiday in Jan but still they didn't drop off the box. In the end I have to find some other company because BM express Wellington is useless and does not deliver the service that they promised!

worst ever, the one in glen innes who's meant to be dealing with never respond to my messages and calls !! so useless
