This motel is outstanding and absolutely recommendable. I stayed there for more than two weeks during the treatment of my daughter at the hospital. The team of the motel and foremost the motel management with Mona and Rick not only accommodated me perfectly well, but helped me in any respect and assisted me in any question. They made my stay, even under this circumstances, very pleasant. They live an outstanding guest orientation.
Have stayed here before but forgot to write a review. Absolutely lovely quiet place. I needed an accessible unit and it is perfect, the shower chair, the recliners, the big space and room for mobility aides. Lovely king size bed. Immaculately clean.nFabulous service, really friendly and happy to help.nWould definitely make this a preferred motel when staying in Hamilton. Thank you BK
The experience was going very well until a man knocked, then with extreme urgency walked into our room at 10.30am, asked why we haven't checked out. We advised we were graciously granted late check out. This wouldn't have been an issue if it wasn't the manager who granted us the late check out. Just as well I'd finished. Won't be back.
Faultless accomodation ,beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Well located with easy access to public transport, hospitals and the city centre. Exceptional service with friendly and kind staff who went out of their way to be helpful. I would highly recommend BK Premier Motel as a destination in Hamilton . It most definitely lives up to its name.
Had a great experience with BKs Premier Motel Hamilton. Very accomodating. The motel is spotless, quiet and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
