Spacious and tranquil room with plunger coffee, biscuits and fresh milk supplied. There was also a basket of home grown lemons in the reception area for guests to use.nMakeup wipes and home grown lemons were also provided. Very comfortable bed with a luxurious mattress topper.nI didn't watch TV much but there were armchairs I could have sat in.nThe only other thing I would have appreciated was more power points by the desk as I was working on my laptop with an extenal monitor.nThe hosts were very welcoming and helped me figure out the hospital shuttle that collects guests from out of town.
My Mum and I had to find a place at very short notice, on a weekend, right by Waikato Hospital and BK’s fitted us in and was exceptional. It was meant to be a 2 night stay but ended up a 3 week stay with us being able to continue to extend our stay every 3 or 4 days in the same room. It was such a weight off our mind knowing we didn’t need to worry about our accomodation at any time. Room service was fantastic, happy, pleasant staff and the couple who are the owners went out of their way to help with washing/drying, supplies and any questions we had. Very hard working and always available!nOnly a 700m walk to the A&E entrance of the hospital.nWe highly recommend staying here for a stress free environment.nThe sentence that stood out to me from the owner was “you stay with us to look after your family, we are here to look after you” and that’s exactly what they do.
Excellent location very close to Alison surgical centre we were visiting.nStaff were friendly and very helpful.nRooms were lovely and clean, comfortable and we appreciated the Air conditioning in summer. Lovely bathroom, comfy beds.n4 mins from a great Woolworths supermarket, fairly close to airport and the expressway.nGreat spot with everything you need. Thanks for hosting us for 2 nights.
Great stay and perfect location for us. Rooms were generous in size and staff went the extra mile when our car had a flat battery.
Went here on a vacation with my partner. Great price for a good hotel! Only stayed one night, but it would've been nice to stay longer. Everything was clean and pleasant, and they gave us complimentary milk and cookies. Heard the area was a bit dubious, no offense, but the hotel was nice and secure.
