I brought a bike during Level 3 lockdown and also dropped two bikes off for service. The contactless drop off and pick ups were great and very easy to do. Communication from staff was great and would be good if everyone was this easy to deal with!! My kids love their bikes and helmets from Bicycle Concepts, the service was so good that we brought a bike and helmet for me from there too! Definitely deserves the 5 stars!!
Excellent, knowledgeable and professional service.
