Story

BBC Started in 1988 when a few people got together in a home to study the bible and worship. Sound familiar?

A few years after that Craig & Michaela came on staff and have stuck around, along with a tonne of other people along the way.

The culture of BBC has always been about loving God, then loving people. These fundamentals don't change, and you can feel it when you walk in.

These days BBC is quite a large community, over 2500 people. A lot of people are involved with serving on some level behind the scenes which helps us all get to know each other.

Our size also gives us the opportunity to run great events for the wider Tauranga community like Easter Journey & A Night Before Christmas and many smaller events.

People also connect in smaller numbers with three Sunday services including a night service, seminars and home groups, Mainly Music and loads more.

Youth and children are a huge deal for us so we give them their own space on Sunday and throughout the week.
