I took my wedding dress to Anna to be taken up, the top taken in slightly and a bustle added. The dress has very delicate lace with embroidered flowers and I booked with about 6 month to go before my wedding, so we had a couple of appointments to make sure it was going OK on her suggestion before it was finished as there was no rush.  I would recommend her, and use her again if I need any alterations.Service:&nbsp;Alterations

I can’t believe our luck at finding this talented lady. My daughter needed her prom dress altering in width and length. Anna loves her job and it shows in her work she has done magic  on the dress and it was completed in record time. Anna took up the hem on my daughter's dress for her winter ball and altered the straps. She did a fantastic job, my daughter looked lovely and enjoyed the ball. Anna is very professional and efficient. Wanted to take in from both sides of a dress without cutting the fabric, she did it very well. She even notice and suggest to fix a tiny area to make the dress looking even better.

Anna helped me on 2 occassions, the first time she helped me at no cost to take my measurements for a dress I was ordering online from Belarus  The second time was when i received the dress from Belarus and she did the alrerations with 3 weeks left until my wedding. Within her busy schedule she managed to fit me in and make my dress fit perfectly for my wedding.  Anna is very professional and extremely good at what she does. Anna carried out repairs to my shorts so well you can't see any sign of her work. Service was on time, professional and friendly.  I would highly recommend Anna's business.

I have had a very bad experience with this tailor. I took numerous items for repair, including my wedding dress, having used their services before. I had taken these in and was told I could come back in a week when everything would be ready. When I went to collect, only one item was ready and everything else was still being repaired, and I was told to come back in a week. When I went back, the items were not as I had wanted them to be despite explaining to her previously how they needed to be and when I told her this, she acted rudely and in a way that made us unwelcome. When I returned again with my fiance's mother, the items were still not like I had wanted them to be despite the extra week having passed and she didn't want to help us at all and instead kept coming in while I was trying on the dress and tried to move us on our way in a rude and unfriendly manner. If she had told me at the beginning that she didn't have time to do the work, especially the wedding dress, or that she didn't think she could do it, she should have told me, instead, she acted negatively towards me and made me feel unwelcome. With my special day approaching,  I am now highly stressed as I am trying to find someone to make the fixes I want last minute because of the delays and been deeply affected by this experience.Service:&nbsp;Alterations
