Bernard enjoys working with people which is reflected, not only in his years of management in sales and marketing, but also in his role as a salesperson with Ray White. It is this involvement with people that motivates him.

His attitude to the industry and his professionalism is supported by an ability to listen and understand individual needs, allowing him to act effectively. These skills allow his client's, both buyers and vendors, to be comfortable that their needs and expectations will be adhered to. His down to earth friendly personality allows them to feel relaxed and open.

Bernard has always believed that good communication is vital and is very important in achieving the best results for his clients and their families. Bernard is happy at being very busy introducing enthusiastic potential buyers to properties in the Eastern Beaches as well as other suburbs throughout the Southern and Western suburbs of Auckland. In 2015 Bernard sold properties in Remuera, Half Moon Bay, Pukekohe, Botany Downs, Bucklands Beach and Pakuranga Heights. His most recent sales were for his vendors on Clovelly Road in Bucklands Beach and most recently on Prince Regent Drive in Half Moon Bay. Both homes were sold under the hammer at auction above vendor expectation. The vendors and buyers were both very happy with how Bernard conducted the pre- auction marketing and communication process and the selling and buying process on auction night.

With three more listing signed by the end of May 2016 Bernard continues to recieve a growing number of requested appraisals by potential vendors. Bernard is excited about the prospect of being involved in the selling and buying of more properties.

Although "slowing down" a little as we come into Winter the number of properties being sold “under the hammer” at the Bucklands Beach Yacht Club have been numerous and the number sold has been proportionally very high against the number of properties listed on the night.
