Prior to real estate, he worked in a management role for five years’ in the hospitality industry which required strong communication skills and delivering outstanding service on a daily basis, both of which are vital in the real estate industry.

Sunny places importance on communication and is able to speak three different languages - English, Hindi & Punjabi. He also prides himself on his ability to clearly understand his client’s needs requirements and he attributes this skill to his success.
