Belinda and the rentals team at Barfoot & Thompson Whangaparaoa manage five rental properties for us currently and we have used their services for several years and we are very happy with their service. Thorough property inspections, regular rent reviews, find great tenants for us quickly and great communication.  Would recommend for anyone wanting a property managed in this area.

We were so fortunate to have Megan Cox and Franci Raven as our agents for the recent sale of our home. They made what is a very stressful process enjoyable, and we always knew we were in the best hands.  Megan also supported us at the auction and negotiations on our new home. There was something magicial in the air the way everything came together. Thank you so much Megan and Franci, we wouldn't be where we are now if it wasn't for you!

Good service at the start, not the best, but will try to rob you with fake receipts and crazy reasons to get money out of your bond in the end. Jacqui the property manager overcharged us of cleaning fee. Then I asked them of the real invoices fron the service provider but they are unable to provide me. Totally faked the invoices. When they were unable to provide the real invoice, I said I will take it to tribunal, then they waived the cleaning invoice. Crazy! They can really make up invoices. Don't be fooled with this team.

Jules Romminger and Debbie Donovan were an absolute pleasure to deal with from the initial meeting, where they were heads above the competition, to the celebration upon the sale of my mother's house, one month later.  They were highly professional, helpful, sensitive to the nature of the emotional attachment of selling, however most of all, a delight to be around.  They won us over every step of the way with all their 'little touches' along the way.  Both my mother and I highly recommend them both to anyone looking at selling their house, and having it be pleasureable from start to finish.  Thanks Jules and Debbie - job well done and then some!
