The location is great with easy access to food, supermaket, shops etcnI’ve never stayed at a 4 star hotel where I need to put a sign out for servicing. Next day we didn’t put sign out as we hadn’t currently left our room and the cleaner opens the door without a knock and some of us weren’t dressed! and just walked in! The room wasn’t clean, lots of dust - they seem to dust around everything.nWifi is not great. And can’t connect your device to the tv.nCustomer service at reception wasn’t helpful when I talked about the servicing of rooms.nWhen the cleaner came to the room the next day with towels to service we were leaving in 10 mins - I asked them to come back which I could tell really annoyed them.nI would avoid the restaurant for the price and the quality of the food. But also a $2.50 charge for a takeaway box! Ridiculous!!
Beautiful room 426 on 3rd floor. The ocean view was perfect. The only downside was awful WiFi.nBreakfast was good.nLocation is fantastic. Beautiful sunny summer weather and no issues with room temperature.
The location is the best thing about this hotel. Just a hop across from the beach and shopping, couldn't ask for a better place.nnRooms were nice and basic. There were eno elevators in our building so we had to lug our heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs ourselves.
Stayed in Ocean View deluxe room on the second floor which had a balcony.nHotel is right on the beach seafront, with stunning views to the sea .... absolutely beautiful sunsets.nnStaff all lovely and helpful, food and drinks great.nnHighly recommend!
We're grateful to the Chinese-speaking staff at the reception. Also grateful to the manager for her communication and understanding. We spent a wonderful night. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was truly wonderful.
