Mine was a large & complex residential contract involving a full exterior wash & repaint and interior plaster repairs and repainting. I was overseas for the duration of the work so communication was vital made difficult with different time zones. Graham’s Team completed the work to a high standard within time and cost budgets. Based on my experience with AW&P Golden Bay, I highly recommend Graham & his Team’s integrity, reliability and workmanship.
Graham cleaned and painted a 25 year old roof which was covered in lichen and left it looking like new. He also painted the eaves and bargeboards and did a first class job there too, happy to recommend him to any future customers.
I’ve worked wit Graham for couple of weeks when he had a lawn mowing and garden maintenance business. It was a hot summer and hard work. But he was always positive, hard working, professional and we had our job done. Every single customer was very happy and you could see the special connections between them and Grahame. I would work for him anytime and let him to do any job for me too.
Allwash house washing was recommended when we wanted someone to do a major gutter clean involving high level gutters with less than straight forward access. We found Graham to be very competent and with the right equipment which enabled the work to be completed to a very high standard. We had a roof wash for lichen at the same time April and would be pleased to have him return for gutter clean when next required.
We had our house washed by Graham, and were very impressed by the service and quality of workmanship. He proactively suggested services to make the most of the clean and was a delight to have at our home.
We operate a property maintanence business and have used Graeme at Allwash several times on several differant properties and very happy with the results.Would recommend his service
