Fantastic last minute stay and to say we were impressed was an understatement. This was a fantastic location, clean and the manager was incredibly accommodating. We were on a business trip but would stay if on vacation also as sooooo close to the beach and Shopping Centre, food and bars.
The worst ran accomodation in the Mount.nBooked months in advance for a surf carnival & they cancelled our booking two days out. On top of this they couldn’t give us any reason for doing so, as they don’t look after their bookings. A third party company does.nI would give it a 0/5 stars but that isn’t possible, so 1/5 will have to do.nOnly book here if you want to be greatly disappointed.
Awesome location…..best kept secret in New Zealand…..going back next February for a month…..already have my plane booked…..
Rooms located upstairs & not be good for elderly guests. Other than all good
Enjoyed our stay. Although the rooms could use maintenance and renovations. Skylight in top bedroom was an issue and outside lighting shone through top of curtains right into bedroom and didn't turn off until 3am.
